Yankees Bottom of the Seventh — ALWCS G2
Yankees 9, Red Sox 2 — END 7
Garret Whitlock was sent back out for the bottom of the seventh inning after getting roughed up in the sixth inning.
Jazz Chishom Jr. then walked and stole second base, which could be an issue for certain broadcasters.

Trent Grisham walked as well. That led to a double steal and an RBI single from Austin Wells to give the Yankees yet another run.

Everyone in the Yankees lineup had a hit in this game, which is crazy given how the Yankees offense struggled without Aaron Juge. So far, they are following the same formula: keep it close and break it open against the bullpen. Six outs to get before New York can advance to the ALDS.
