Will Warren got two quick outs of pinch hitter Jarren Duran and leadoff hitter Jahmai Jones. Aaron Boone then went to get his young right-hander and go to Brent Headrick, who has not been used since last Friday, and took over with two outs.

Headrick came on and got Adley Rutschman to fly out on three pitches.

New York is now three outs away from sweeping the Red Sox and advancing to the ALDS.
