Max Fried's Thrid Inning — ALWCS G2
Yankees 0, Red Sox 0 — MID 3
Max Fried looks solid early but got out of his groove in the third inning.
Fried got the first out before nine-hitter. Nate Eaton hit a blooper into center and advanced to second base on a terrible throw by Trent Grisham to give the Red Sox a runner in scoring position with one out. Plays like this in the playoffs simply can't happen, and the Yankees need to address the nonchalantness by Grisham

Fried then struck out Jahmai Jones and got Rutschman to ground out to strand the runner and end the inning.
